Orders placed by 8:00 A.M. till 1:00 P.M. EST PM Eastern Time for items in stock will ship the same day.
Customer Service is open from 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM (EST) Monday - Friday.

How to Order

You may place an order on the web @ www.us-eagle-parts.com Your Customer Number, or mail code, appears above your name on the address label or on an invoice. If you have questions about oversize or heavy items, or any other form of non-standard shipping, please contact us at (781)319-3158.

How We Ship

Most orders ship by USPS. Some oversized items ship by Truck Freight.

To qualify for FREE shipping the parts on an individual order must meet a combined total value of $99 or more. Orders must be shipping standard ground to an address in the contiguous 48 U.S. states. Some parts require additional handling charges due to their extreme size and or weight: including oversized bumpers, tire carriers, and cargo racks. The following parts do not qualify for free shipping: Oversized items and items delivered by truck freight, as well as prior purchases and returns.

Methods of Payment

Payment can be made by American Express, Discover, MasterCard, Visa, PayPal. All payments are made through the PayPal payment gate.

Sales Tax

Orders shipped to a Massachusetts address will be charged 6.25% Sales Tax. Orders shipped to a Georgia address will be charged 4% Sales Tax. Orders shipped to a Nevada address will be charged 6.875% Sales Tax.

Back Orders

Because we are a Master Warehouse Distributor we carry a huge amount of inventory. Sometimes, however, an item will be in short supply. You will be notified if an order cannot ship in a timely manner. Except for Special Orders and some Drop Shipments we will not charge your credit card for orders which have not been shipped.

Satisfaction Guaranteed

If you are not completely satisfied with one of our products you may return it any time within 30 days of the date of Sale for a hassle-free refund of the amount paid for the product. We only specify that the product not be used, damaged, missing components or manufacturer's documentation. Refunds do not include shipping costs. On exchange of defective products, US Eagle Parts will pay for shipping on the outbound replacement product only. Special order or non-stocking items are specifically exempted from this policy and will be assessed an appropriate re-stocking charge. For fast processing of returns, please e-mail us. Place your name and order number on the package for efficient identification, and insure all returns for your protection. Please note that we do not pay the shipping charges involved in returning goods.

Damaged Shipments

All shipments should be inspected at the time of delivery. Obviously damaged packages should be refused. Please email us at info@us-eagle-parts.com for further assistance with the damaged shipment, and to make arrangements for a replacement.


US Eagle Parts offers a guarantee of 12 Months or 12,000 miles for parts offered. No returns are accepted without prior authorization.
